These terms govern your use of MakingMoves.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
MakingMoves.ai is a service provided by Making Moves Group B.V. (KVK 85921785), Industriestraat 61 C, 1976 CT IJmuiden, the Netherlands. By signing up you confirm you're at least 16 years old and accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at info@makingmovescompany.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions
MakingMoves.ai offers a free tier plus three paid plans:
- GROW — €19.95/week — sprint plan with 7 days of unlimited access
- PRO — €49.95/month — recurring monthly subscription with full access
- MAX — €79.95/month — recurring monthly subscription including priority support
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. All prices include 21% VAT.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
5. Refunds
Under Dutch consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, unless you explicitly waive it by starting to use the paid service immediately after purchase. Because MakingMoves.ai grants immediate access to premium features, you waive this right by activating your subscription. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@makingmovescompany.com within 14 days.
6. AI Content Disclaimer
Our AI coach and AI-generated practice questions are provided for practice and educational purposes only. They may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on AI-generated content as professional, legal, or medical advice.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal or fraudulent
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download our question bank
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code
- Resell access to your account or share credentials with others
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
8. Intellectual Property
The platform, question bank, AI prompts, and code are our intellectual property. Your test answers, chat messages, and personal notes remain yours; you grant us a licence to store and process them to provide the service.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Practice with MakingMoves.ai improves your chances at real assessments but does not guarantee any specific outcome, job offer, or test score.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law grants you a different forum.
